Since 2016, we have led the effort to capture the diverse research interests across departments in the UC system.
Our Mission
The UC system is home to some of the most cutting edge research in chemical sciences. The transmission of this research depends on the rate of exchange of ideas, degree of development of professional skills, frequency of social interactions, and level of mentoring for future career paths.
This conference aims to give students and early career scientists in a similar stage of their scientific careers the opportunity to present their research from all chemistry disciplines in a variety of different formats, provide future career guidance and advice through panels and workshops, and also foster long-lasting relationships and research collaborations beyond graduate school.
